For the 7th Year running Inception Events fully event managed the annual sales conference and the much-anticipated awards and gala dinner evening for a premium eyewear company. Online registration, delegate travel arrangements, airport transfers, full conference and awards production, onsite branding, branded merchandise and a team building activity were also required.
Inception Events sourced venues in The Algarve, negotiated rates and accompanied the client on site visits to assist with venue selection. Epic Sana Algarve is a modern, stylish 5 star property which perfectly reflects the client brand. Overlooking Falésia beach, the hotel has 162 Rooms, 24 Garden Suites, 43 Resort Suites, extensive leisure, dining options, more than 1,800m2 of flexible meeting space and just 37km from Faro Airport.
The conference took place in the hotel with a full audio-visual set in the main room which was then also used for the awards dinner. The team games activity was fun and competitive, bringing colleagues together from across the business.
Inception Events liaised with suppliers for all aspects of the event, including production, food and beverage requirements and accommodation. We also managed the delegate registration process, sourced branded lanyards, badges, goody bags & contents, and worked with a local company to create visual branded displays at the venue.
The evening was fabulous everybody came together with food, drink and good music.
