Amplifon asked Inception Events to once again organise their annual conference with exhibition and breakout rooms for 400 people, followed by Gala dinner, awards evening and overnight accommodation. Registration site development and management, full AV, transport logistics, guest speaker, event branding, exhibition, transportation and event management services were also required.
A centrally located venue was required in the UK with easy motorway access, train links and on-site accommodation. We sourced a number of possible venues and arranged site visits for the client so they could make an informed choice of venue. Telford International Centre was perfect for this event as it could also cater for the exhibition area and the breakout rooms. Amplifon had the entire 1st floor of the venue exclusively.
The Ironbridge Suite was used for the main plenary with full set and staging, which could then be turned around for the Gala dinner and awards evening. The Gallery was used for the exhibition and catering area, giving the delegates time to visit the supplier stands during breaks and lunch. An on-line registration site was developed and managed by a dedicated event manager who took care of all delegate queries, accommodation requirements, dietary requests, badge management and transportation. Inception Events liaised with the venue on all aspects of the event and the hotels for all bedroom bookings. We also took part in the most enjoyable and important part of the job, menu tasting for the Gala dinner!
