Inception Events worked with Widex to find the perfect venue and to organise a product launch for 100 people. The event started with a networking evening, a presentation and accommodation. The conference and showcase took place the following day.
Inception Events sourced venues in the home counties, negotiated rates and accompanied the client on site visits to assist with venue selection. De Vere Beaumont Estate was selected due to the facilities, style and location.
A welcome reception was held on the lawn followed by a presentation, food and wine tasting in the Chapel. The contrasting Famers Street Market food displays and wine tasting experience created a fun evening in this beautiful room. The conference took place in the Tudor Room the following day, with a full set and stage for the presentations. Showcase displays were in the Beaumont for delegates to visit during breaks.
Inception Events liaised with suppliers for all aspects of the event, including production, food and beverage requirements and accommodation.
