Inception Events were asked to coordinate and manage our client's training roadshow which covered 11 UK locations from London to Glasgow and 4 European destinations; Dublin, Copenhagen, Amsterdam and Brussels. Venues needed to be easily accessible by public transport, offer spacious and bright meeting rooms and flexibility for a potential rise or fall in numbers.
Inception Events sourced venues in each location to match dates with the pre-set training timetable. We negotiated rates and contract terms, and maintained an event costing to ensure the overall budget was not exceeded.

• Set up an online registration form
• Managed attendee responses, changes and cancellations
• Liaised with venues pre-event to confirm all requirements and attendee numbers
• Liaised with the trainers for each event providing venue details and attendee lists
• Prepared and sent personalised confirmations to all attendees
