I'm Donna and I started Inception Events in 2010 after working in a corporate background and living in 5 different countries. My passions are travel, running, reading, along with good food and wine. You will find Lucie and I pounding the streets of Hemel Hempstead after work twice a week to counterbalance the food and wine!

Lucie Battenti

Senior Events Manager

I'm Lucie (that's Luc-IE not Luc-Y) I have worked in the event industry since 1999 and joined Inception Events in 2016. Most people will know me as Lucie Carter, but having recently married I now have an Italian surname. I am a reluctant but determined runner and with 4 marathons under my belt plus Donna's motivation to pound pavements I dare say one day there will be a 5th!

Joanna Michaelides

Events Manager

I'm Joanna ("yo-an-nah", it's Swedish if you're interested) Please don't call me Jo or Joanne it upsets Donna too much. I've been with Inception Events since 2012. Spreadsheets and travel are my forté but will try my hand at most things. If you know me then you will also know my giant dog Lola who can usually be found fast asleep in the office.
